Cape Bible Chapel is currently finishing a four stage audio upgrade that took about a year and a half. The first stage was lowering the main speakers in the room to a location that was detirmined by EASE software. This stage was over four day of lift and cable work while also installing a DBX for speaker management.
Stage two was the installation of a new Soundcraft GB-8-48 mixing console and a new Aviom monitor system for musicians allowing the stage volume to be lower drastically.
Stage three was the installation of JBL under balcony speakers around the back ring under the balcony for fill only, when the main speakers were lowered the entire seating area was covered.
Stage four was the design and installation of 91 acoustic panel through out entire main auditorium. Check out the pictures and we will be adding a qoute from the house engineer about the improvements.
